Dr. Gide & his wife Andrelyn & their children Kenneth, Hallenah, & Abigail; his firstborn, Priscille, who is not shown in this picture is a sophomore at Hampton University in Virginia.

Dr. Gide Demosthene is Founder of RGEM International.  Dr. Demosthene is an alumnus of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.  He holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree and his research area was in Ministry in Complex Urban Settings.  His doctoral thesis was:  Towards a Family-Structured Church System and Ministry: Developing Effective Redemptive Church Ministries for Broken and Dysfunctional Families.  He also works at the seminary's Boston campus as their Registrar and Enrollment Management Coordinator.  He is also an Adjunct Professor of Practical Theology at the Boston campus.  He serves as interim pulpit supply minister at First Baptist Church of Brockton, MA. With a deep committed love for God, family, and Christ's Church and His coming kingdom, Dr. Demosthene works confidently alongside other ministers of the Gospel to make Christ known in the fullness of his power in the fellowship of the saints and in actual family-life.
